WebmBed - A Great Way to Watch Videos From Sites That Don't Support HTML5

You may have seen a lot of videos on YouTube and other sites that are meant to be embedded in the page so that you can watch them directly from your browser. However, this is not always the best idea because not all web pages and sites support the HTML5 video element, and it is possible that the video will be blocked or won't play because of this.

That's why I made this program, webmBed. The main goal of the app is to take URLs that contain a.webm video and display the video in an HTML5-friendly way. This means that you will be able to open the link in your browser and it will play on the page you open it on. This is a great way to watch videos from sites that don't support HTML5.

Now, why is this better than simply linking to YouTube?

This app is not limited to just websites. You can also use it with images and other media files.

To use the app, you need to set it up in the following way:

Download and install webmBed and open the URL you want to add to the app. (See the screenshots above)This can also be done by clicking on the green icon on the top-right corner of the address bar.
